Nordic Serenity Yoga provides a variety of yoga classes and meditation sessions, including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Meditation Sessions. Our services are designed to promote physical and mental well-being.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Users agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Users must respect the rights and dignity of others and refrain from disruptive behavior during classes. It is the user’s responsibility to inform instructors of any health conditions or limitations prior to participating in any class.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

All services must be paid for in advance. Payment can be made through our website or at our location. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change, and users will be notified of any changes prior to payment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of class cancellation by Nordic Serenity Yoga, a full refund or class rescheduling will be offered.

6. Liability Limitations

Nordic Serenity Yoga is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during participation in our classes. Users participate at their own risk and are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness program.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Nordic Serenity Yoga, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nordic Serenity Yoga and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration or use of our services will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties without user consent, except as required by law.

9. Force Majeure

Nordic Serenity Yoga shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
